Simulation Study on Implementation of Cone-beam Dual-Energy CT using an Asymmetric Filter

(in English) Dual-energy computed tompgraphy (DECT) provides specific information on the object. DECT can be achieved by two measurements at each beam line.
Yamazaki et al. proposed an implementation method of DECT with an asymmetrical absorption filter on the fan-beam geometry.However, it can not be applied to the cone-beam CT, because the two-times measurement is not always available. O'Sullivan proposed an iterative reconstruction algorithm for DECT. This algorithm dose not require the two-times measurement. We proposed a new implementation method of the asymmetric filter on the cone-beam DECT. But consideration for implementation is not enough. In this paper, an advantage of asymmetric shape is shown.
Moreover, considering the filter installation accuracy, we propose a method in which the pixel size around the origin is enlarged.
