| (in English) | The demand of home care services for elderly persons is very heavy because of an impact of the falling birthrate and the aging population. The purpose of this study is creating infrastructure for home care. We develop a system that collects knowledge of workers effectively and makes use of it for quality improvement of service and emergency procedures. This study verifies the effectiveness of the infrastructure by demonstration experiments and drawing business flow. | |
