Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, cloud services have been widely used. Users can use cloud services at low cost because many users share computer resources in a data center. However, there are only a few data centers in the world. Therefore, RTT increases and throughput decreases. To solve this problem, we propose a cloud service system using location information. In the proposed system, a cloud provider gives a reward to a server holder as an incentive and the server holder provides a computer resource to the cloud provider. Moreover, a user selects the nearest server for reducing RTT. We evaluate the proposed system and its efficiency is shown through simulations.
