Analysis of Participants' Roles at Online Discussion using Peer Assessment and Log Data -- The Comparison of Discussions in Japanese and in English --

(in English) In international collaborative learning, it is required for learning support to meet student ability levels and environments.
In order to analyze participants' roles in on-line text discussion, we conducted an experiment in which students discussed with on-line text chats both in Japanese and in English.
We applied network analysis to the comparison of peer assessment and log data.
The results indicate that the network analysis by using log data is reliable and it can be used as a proposition of the learning support.
