| (in English) | The connectors which applied to automobile is very important in safety and reliability now. In this report, the 40N load was added to sample that have a dimple-flat configuration, and the surfaces of contacts was observed by using SEM. A protrusive feature on one side contact specimen and a concave feature on the other side specimen exist at corresponding position in the indentation of contacts. It seems that these are due to adhesion. The amount of the adhesion is influenced by slipping of the contact. | |
