We present bit mismatch allowable ID matching using maximum distance separable codes for in-car wireless wake-up communication, which reduces idle listening energy for in-car wireless sensor nodes.
We implemented the ID matching circuit and show that the bit mismatch allowable ID matching can be implemented in a small circuit compared to ID matching using error correction.
We also perform simulations using real in-car environmental data and show that the bit mismatch allowable ID matching using maximum distance separable codes improves tolerance to communication errors. |
