Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The purpose of this study is to develop a Projection-based Interface by 3D operations with hands. The proposed interface achieves an immediate operation of the object with hands and 3D operations including depth, and aimed at highly flexible, intuitive operation of 3D objects. This system measures 3D position of hands at a screen on a projector by using the width of hands that obtained from a monocular Web camera and enable 3D operations of the object projected. The result in experiments shows that it is able to achieve pan, zoom and rotate operation of the 3D object by this system.
