Hybrid Cross-Connect Node with Multi-Protocol Optical Client Interface

(in English) We showed the advantage of the Hybrid XC by using Optical Cross Connect, ODU Cross Connect and Multi-Protocol Optical Client Interface. The Hybrid XC can handle many kinds of Client signal (40GbE, 100GbE and STM-256 etc.).
The configurations of Hybrid XC and large-scale OXC (AWG + Matrix Optical SW type and Multi-degree ROADM type) were compared, and we showed the advantage of Hybrid XC.
