| (in English) | In the research field of Bayesian network (BN), one of the stochastic models, a variety of probabilistic inference algorithms with their connecting structures have been proposed. This article proposes a new method termed Extended LBPC which aims to endorse inferences based on conventional reasoning methods — conditioning, loopy-BP, and sampling. The proposed method assures the adequacy of inference using a hypothesis test. If the reasoning results are judged as the low-precision ones, Extended LBPC corrects them by means of stochastic sampling. Computer simulations shows that the proposed method can provide superior performance to typical reasoning methods in terms of its accuracy. |
