To elucidate a process of cancer development and metastasis , it is critical to visualize cancers in early stage. So, we are developing a MR microscope which enables us to visualize animals’ inner structures with high spatial resolution and time series. Now, we can visualize 3D images with (20μm)3 voxel on 20 hours. To prevent samples’ autolysis, we introduced chemical fixation used when making pathological sections. In this report, we compared NMR spectral and 3D images of check embryos fixed by 6 chemical fixatives. The result is that there are Statistical significance in amount of water-spectra between chick embryos fixed by 4%PFA and 70% ethanol, which significance is related to MR 3D images. And, the difference among amount of fat-spectra can be related to the difference of inner structures. |
