Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, Underwater Sensor Network has attracted attention as a sensing method of environmental sea information. However, Underwater Sensor Network uses acoustic wave for data transmission which is very slow causes heavy transmission delay, and is vulnerable to acoustic noises in a sea. Therefore, it is very difficult to implement efficient routing and data transmission by the existing Ad-hoc routing protocols. In this paper, we propose an On-demand routing method adapted to Underwater Sensor Network, and evaluate its performance by a network simulator.
