Superposition Modulation based Cooperative Diversity with Turbo Detector for the MARC with Unreliable Source-Relay Channels

(in English) This paper focuses on the Multiple-Access Relay Channel (MARC) where several source nodes wish to communicate the common destination with the help of only one relay. In our proposed system, even if the relay failed to decode the sources' data, it forwards their data with some error. Moreover, to improve the channel resource, the relay simultaneously forwards the sources' data within one phase by using the superposition modulation. In the proposed system, the relay allocates its transmit power to individual sources' data according to their decoding error rates. The aim of this study is to improve the accuracy of detector for relay-destination communication due to applying a turbo detection technique. The simulation results reveal that the turbo detector is efficient to improve the detection performance.
