To evaluate crosstalk voltages on parallel microstrip lines easily and correctly, a method to improve crosstalk analysis using 4-port network model is proposed. Three kinds of equations to calculate characteristic of coupled lines are used in crosstalk analysis using 4-port network model.
Thus, each result is compared with measured results. Consequently, it is found that 4-port network model using Kirschning and Jansen's equation can calculate crosstalk voltage most correctly. |
