Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) recently, the performance of the mobile device, such as cell phone and notebook,is speeding up and the low power consumption of the mobile device is required.therefore, the study of power management techniques has increased spectacularly with in the last few years . LDO regulators are an essential part of the power management system that provides constant voltage supply rails. this paper focused on LDO regulator's high transient performance with low power consumption for mobile device application and designed the switch circuit and RC circuit to develope the performance of the LDO regulator . the proposed LDO regulator is presented that delay time is 0.3us(maximum load current 150mA) and current consumption is 7.1uA by supply voltage 1.8V.
