Toshiaki Nishida, Takeshi Tamura (KIC) ET2010-47
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The efficient management of IT assets is, by far, one of essential strategies for business currently. ITIL giving our attention is a substantial world-standard framework that has the ability to help introduce IT Service Management into an information system and its operations. IT Service Management is the field requiring enough experience. However, the enormous collection of best practices consisting on five books prevents you from acquiring useful know-how easily. Therefore, we developed a simulation system to learn IT Service Management effectively and efficiently. A learner can operate this system to learn and achieve his/her study goal with scenarios prepared by a person who has ITIL expertise and experience on the job.
