The project team of authors are studying direct-radiator-loudspeakers by using two sorts of piezoelectric ultrasonic motors, rotational traveling wave type and direct reciprocal type. Study of the former model has resulted to a recommendation of constructions by co-operation of two motors, called as DMDS and DMDC. Study of the latter model is focused to direct driving systems for a cone radiator by linear motor elements. This paper reports recent improvements of them and describes their practically useful merits. |
