本報告では,直線状スピーカアレイを用いた2受聴位置における実音源と仮想音源による移動音の連続性について検討した.
まず,2受聴位置での実音源移動音の連続性では,$\Delta T/T$=1においてcenterで回答率80\% となったが,rightで20\% ~60\% 減少したことを確認した.
次に,パワー,IaLD及びIaTDの時間変化を移動音の物理量として提案し,各時間変化の二次近似曲線との標準偏差を評価した.
実音源移動音と仮想音源移動音を測定し,$\Delta T/T$=1/16の実音源移動音では非単調な時間変化,仮想音源間隔0.02mの仮想音源移動音では単調変化となることを確認した.
また,centerにおける実音源移動音とrightにおける仮想音源間隔0.02mの仮想音源移動音の標準偏差が同程度の値となることを確認した. |

This report discusses the moving sound image continuity yielded by a real sound source
(LSM:Loudspeaker Switching Method) and a virtual sound source (WFS:Wave Field Synthesis) using a Loud-
speaker array with linear arrangement. First, listening tests to assess continuity are performed in two listening
locations: the center and the right of the Loudspeaker array; separation distance is 0.72m. The distance between
Loudspeaker array and the listening locations is 1.5m. Although the percentage of answer rates was 80% or more at
the center location, it decreased 20%~60% at the right location under the condition that the Loudspeaker Interval
of LSM was 0.12m. Next, the time variations of the Sound Pressure Level, Interaural Time Difference(IaTD) and
lnteraural Level Difference(IaLD) of the moving sound image were proposed as key physical factors in assessing
the continuity. The standard deviation and the approximately quadratic curve as yielded by the minimum mean
square method are calculated from measured values. It is shown that the real source yielded a moving sound that
demonstrated non-monotonic variation while the virtual source yielded a moving sound with monotonic variation
(interval of 0.02m). Additionally, the standard deviation of the moving sound of the real source with an interval of
0.12m at the center listening location is similar to that of the virtual source with an interval of 0.02m at the right
location. This clearly indicates that the continuity of moving sound can be well improved by using WFS. |
