| (in English) | Actual project data are collected based on many software metrics and generally contain a large amount of missing values. In this paper we propose a novel method to derive such essential software characteristics that can be used to estimate successful projects from a given project data. From project data in IPA/SEC, the proposed method has successfully derived six characteristics. Then the experimental evaluation has shown the effectiveness of the obtained characteristics. |
