Today's ICT environments have rapidly developed by ubiquitization and cloud computing, and have gained maximum functionalities and drastic improvement in convenience. On the other hand, some negative aspects such as viruses and illegal attacks by which secure and efficient use of ICT environments is threatened, are observed. Scientific environments as well as ICT environments are also exposed by such severe threats. As one of solutions to strengthen the security in access control, PKI is expected to give a fundamental solution to realize the safe and secure ICT environments at universities. However, PKI construction in a university has not come to spread widely because of the subject of cost. In this paper, in order to spread campus PKI, cost structure in PKI is clarified. Specifically, cost structure of PKI is quantitatively clarified using the WBS technique which is one of the project management techniques. |
