QoE Estimation of Mobile Content Delivery

(in English) Sophisticated mobile devices with high-speed networks have activated mobile content delivery services. However, the evaluation criteria for the services are diversified, and especially QoE management scheme for video content delivery services has not been well-established. This work will clarify the critical factors to estimate the QoE of video content delivery services and will show those factors cannot be determined from network-related QoS parameters. In addition, the content genre dependency of the QoE estimation factors, which are extracted from intrinsic parameters of video content, will be discussed through the subjective evaluation experiments.
