| (in English) | In statistical learning, it is very important for evaluation of the performance of SVM and the conclusion of the difficulty of the classification problem that we think to evaluate theoretically the speed that the error rate of the classifier approach to the optimal value. Tsybakov gave the optimal convergence rate (up to $n^{-1}$)under the margin assumption. Audibert and Tsybakov gave the optimal convergence rate that is faster than $n^{-1}$under the margin assumption and the smoothness assumption of the regression function. Our presentation will introduce these results,and give the generalization to the milti case,and give a little generalization about the distribution. Finally,we will state the problem. |
