For computed tomography, some of the authors have proposed a continuous-time image reconstruction (CIR) system and an iterative method formulated by discretizing nonlinear differential equations in CIR system. It is expected that these methods can produce better-quality images quickly and easily compared with conventional methods. In this report, we investigate properties of a discretized block CIR system theoretically, and give a proof such that an objective function for each block decreases with iterative step. |
