Emergency rescue operations require quick and efficient setup of collapsed telecommunication infrastructure in the disaster area. In a scenario where international rescue teams come for help, an automatic network collaboration system is necessary to avoid the interferences. This work developed a prototype that can detect the presence of active emergency radios with some physical parameters and maintain a public database. The prototype can demonstrate some basic functions of the proposed system. Energy detector based cooperative spectrum sensing as well as a supervised learning based automatic modulation recognition system have been implemented by using USRP and GNU Radio. |
