Performance Analysis of the Network Models for the Search Robot Rescue System in the Closed Space

(in English) We have been researching the communication performances of the search robots that are used in the closed space when a disaster strikes. In this paper, the data delivery rates and the packet delays between the control terminal and the search robots in the closed space with/without obstacles are evaluated by use of a network simulator to examine the effects of the obstacles in the closed space. Simulation results show that the delivery rate with the obstacles has decreased by 50% compared to the case without the obstacle when only the direct radio wave is considered. When both of the direct and reflected radio wave are considered, it is also shown that the delivery rate with the obstacles has decreased by 5% compared to the case without the obstacle.
