| (in English) | In case of vacuum evaporation method, some of the organic molecules were dissociated by heat and various kinds of the dissociated molecules were confirmed to be deposited on the substrate. Then we give postprocessing to organic EL produced by vacuum evaporation method, because the film quality of organic layer determines the luminous efficiency of organic EL in the conversion of organic EL from electricity to light. First, we give the low temperature annealing in various gas atmosphere to organic EL, then, on the basis of the results, we have attempted the O* supplying in R.T. by ECR plasma processing. As a result, the increase of current and the improvement of luminous efficiency are successfully achieved. And we refer to the O* effect to ITO and Alq3. | |
