An Analytical Evaluation of Power Conrol Method Based on Capacity Conservation Ratio Considering Rayleigh Fading Effect

(in English) In the wireless communications, spectrum sharing using cognitive radio technology has attracted attention as a solution for a shortage of the frequency resources which is becoming more serious. A secondary system is required protection of primary system for accessing license band. We had already proposed a novel criterion of protection primary system and power control method which target spectrum sharing which has environment where changing primary SNR due to difference location. In this paper, we propose power control method considering Rayleigh fading effect which includes exact and simplified power control method, and we evaluate these proposals by analysis. By analytical evaluation, it is found that simplified power control method can achieve performance of spectrum sharing as a exact power control method, with protecting primary system.
