Design Method of Lumped-Element Dual-Bnad Wilkinson Power Dividers

(in English) This paper treats a design method of dual-band lumped-element Wilkinson power dividers using series and parallel LC-resonant circuits based on the frequency transformation. Applying frequency transformation to LC-ladder circuit type Wilkinson power divider, dual-band Wilkinson power divider with relative bandwidths of 12.4% and 12.3% at low/high frequency regions can be obtained. Furthermore, using two-section LC-ladder circuit type Wilkinson power divider, bandwidth improvement about 30% can be obtained. The validity of this design procedure is also shown by EM-simulations and experiments.
