| (in English) | ICA(Independent Component Analysis) is a statistical method to blindly separate mixed signals. Application of ICA to radio monitoring can provide an advantage that there is no need of primitive information such as antenna pattern or replica signals. The drawback is that it requires more sensors than incoming signals. TDL(Tapped Delay Line)-ICA is capable of dealing with more signals than sensors. However, it is computationally heavy when TDL conducts uniformly same number of tap shifts for all sensor elements. In this paper, we propose a tap selection method such that the separation performance is high with less number of tapped measurements. The proposed method is based on conditional number and DOP(Dilution of Precision). The simulation result shows that the separation performance of the proposed method improves 16dB, compared with the ordinary tap selection. |
