(in English) We have simplified software design and verification processes in waterfall model by adopting Lightweight Language (XML) which is unnecessary to compile, and isolating external interface definition between Operation Support System (OSS) and Network Element (NE) (hereinafter, referred to as NE specification definition) from program logic, to improve software productivity. We develop and apply a tool that generates XML source code automatically from NE specification definition; as a result, we reduce 70% of software development period.
