| (in English) | Recently, immunotherapy is utilized to one of the cancer therapy. We attempt to study whether immune-response enhance by CO laser irradiation in tumor bearing mice. Repeated laser irradiation to the mice back for 20 days, the tumor growth is inhibited significantly. Cytokine analysis reveals increase of IL-12 production. For this reason, we considered laser irradiation stimulate the antigen-presenting cell, resulting of IL-12 production and IL-12 and CTL act as activator for anti-tumor growth. | |
