For orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) radios, the differentiated bandwidth method that the secondary radios use at the lower number of subcarriers than the primary radios used and subtractions of subcarrier powers within the spectrum is proposed to detect the both types of radios simultaneously. In this paper, possible ways to solve the problems in realizing the differentiated bandwidth method are proposed. An introduction of the snapshot averaging is also proposed to improve the detection performance. |
