This paper presents a method with subband adaptive filter. The multiple-channel system is necessary to cancel the effects of impulse responses at multiple points in a room. In order to create the desired sound field, we use the inverse of a room impulse response to realize the desired sound field. Least-squares method is one of the methods to estimate an inverse filter of signal-transmission channels. However, it needs computational complexity. Adaptive filtering is useful to reduce computational complexity. Furthermore, subband adaptive filter is effective to improve the convergence speed, and reduce computational complexity. It is shown by computer simulation that the proposed method has faster calculation time than calculation adaptive filter and least-squares method. |
