| (in English) | Communities using machine translation mediated communication tools sometimes experience difficulties in specifying the context of their message. In this paper, we will show examples of difficulties in sharing reference points in machine translated messages. To overcome these problems we introduce a multilingual BBS with contents pointer function, which allows users to attach content to a message with a contents pointer. Moreover, we share our experiment results on the effectiveness of the contents pointer in sharing references in multilingual communication. | |
