| 抄録 | （和） | COPDや間質性肺炎などの疾患がある場合，肺の呼吸による収縮運動に異常が生じることが知られている．肺の呼吸機能の検査方法はスパイロメーターを用いたものなどがあるが，肺内の局所的な呼吸機能は解析できない．局所的な呼吸機能の低下が疑われる疾患に対しては医師が呼気と吸気のCT画像の比較をおこなうことにより診断をおこなっているが，わずかな病変の発見や定量評価のためには不十分である．そこで，本研究では呼気と吸気のCT画像を用いて，計算機によるレジストレーション法で肺機能を定量解析する手法を提案する．呼気と吸気のCT画像では肺の形状が大きく異なるため，そのままではレジストレーション画像の作成を行うことは困難である．そのため，肺全体のCTのボリュームデータに対して，グローバルマッチングとローカルマッチングの2段階のレジストレーションにより位置合わせを行う．レジストレーションによって得られる結果より肺機能の分布画像を作成して，正常症例とCOPDや間質性肺炎などの肺呼吸機能に異常を持つ症例を対象として解析をおこなった． |
| （英） | It is known that the difference of the contraction movement appears in pulmonary diseases such as COPD and interstitial pneumonia. It is not possible to analyze regional pulmonary function in lungs though the inspection method of the pulmonary function has using spirometer. But it is insufficient for discovery and fixed quantity evaluation of inconsequential lesion. Therefore, in this study, it proposes the technique for analyzing the pulmonary function of the inspiration and expiration CT images using the registration method by computer. However, it is difficult to do registration of the inspiration and expiration CT images because the shape of the lungs is greatly different. Thus, we perform his registration in two stages by the global matching and the local matching to the CT images. The image of pulmonary function was made by the result that had been obtained by registration. And, the image of pulmonary function analyzed the case of the normal and COPD and interstitial pneumonia those has abnormality in pulmonary function. | |
