QoS-guraranteed Multi-cell Coordinated Power Control in Cell Structure consisting of Various Cell Sizes

(in English) In order to further increase spectral efficiency in mobile communication systems, we proposed the idea of multi-cell coordinated control technology which concertedly control resources such as transmit power, antennas and frequency allocated in each cell. As one of the techniques in this system, we proposed the QoS-guaranteed multi-cell coordinated transmit power control, which limits communication of some users and guarantees completely QoS for the remaining users. In this paper, we clarify the application effect when the multi-cell coordinated transmit power control is applied to the cell structure consisting of various cell sizes.
