Evaluation of Usefulness on Infrared Imaging for Measuring Temperature Rise in TMM

(in English) The method of infrared image with split TMM was evaluated as compared with TTO of IEC/TS62306 for measuring temperature rise in TMM. Consequently, similar temperature rise were obtained between them. It was useful for measuring the temperature rise in TMM developed by both acoustic field and heat conduction.
