(in English) Panavi is a system which improves cooking skills of untrained people at domestic kitchen by proper induction of temperature control and movements. This system consists of a frying pan with embedded sensors and communication module, recipes with original format and a computer with a navigation display. Panavi improves user's cooking skills for it can be used daily as if ordinary cooking utensils at domestic kitchen, where as professional cooks have such skills as a physical sense. In this paper, we describe the system and interaction of the first prototype of Panavi system.
