| (in English) | In recent years, the IMS architecture is becoming important as the key technologies for Next Generation Network which provides high quality services over IP network. By the IMS, existing services provided by telecommunications carriers and third party applications over the Internet can be cooperated, and the collaborative open services are expected to appear. On the side of mobile terminals as well, development of open platforms such as Android and LiMo is under way in parallel with carriers-specific mobile terminals. In particular, Andorid is already in practical use and attracting attention as a highly flexible platform because its components are almost open source. However, the system using them has not yet been sufficiently investgated. In this paper, we propose a design and an architecture to make the IMS client function work on Android OS, and implement it. Further, we verify its behavior and clarify its current issues. |
