The interference canceller for satellite carrier superpositioning
multi-level PSK transmission has been designed and
developed by us. The test has been conducted by us for the
verification of the canceller performance in both linear and
nonlinear channels for QPSK and 8PSK. The results show that
though it performs very well in the linear transmission path, the
performances is degraded in the nonlinear channel. The trends
are more true as we choose multi-level modulation scheme. This
paper shows the canceller algorithms developed by us and reports
the experimental test results of it in the very near environment
of the actual satellite transmission path. The results show that
nonlinear compensation scheme is inevitably required to improve
the performance in the nonlinear channel. |
