Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) CZTS is expected to a thin film solar cell of the low cost and environmental load by these characteristics.
In this study, CZTS thin films were fabricated by three methods, sulfurizing a sulfide precursor using $\mathrm{H_{2}}$S gas, sulfurizing a sulfide precursor using sulfur vapor and sulfurizing a metal precursor using sulfur vapor.
Size of CZTS crystals grown by each methods were small, but about 4\% conversion efficiencies were still provided.
