Kazuto Hachiya (Tohoku Univ.), Masahiro Terabe (Mitsubishi Resarch Institute, Inc.), Kazuo Hashimoto (Tohoku Univ.) NLC2009-8
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The recent rapid spread of electric document enables a variety of
information sharing both in academic and industrial communities,
however, the analysis for such stored electric documents definitely
exceeds human capacity. The authors are developing an assistant system
to reduce the burden of this natural language understanding problem.
This paper proposes an extraction method of comparative relation from
technical reports, based on the syntactic analysis.
