| (in English) | In the recent PC industry, a BTO (Build To Oder) system is widely used for general customers. With the BTO system, people can select many kinds of computers and components which are equipped in the PC. However, beginner users may have difficulties with the choice of PC components because the components are immensely rich in variety and their knowledge about specifications of the components is not deep. In this paper, an estimation method of computer components is developed to overcome this problem. The developed method can calculate performance values from the specifications of a PC component, and outputs the score which indicates multidirectional performances. The method is implemented on a BTO system, and beginner users are able to select the best fit specifications of their computers according to their purpose and budget. | |
