QoS-guaranteed Multi-cell Coordinated Power Control Considering Base Station Cooperative Transmission

(in English) To further increase spectral efficiency in mobile communication systems, we proposed the idea of multi-cell coordinated control technology which coordinates resource allocation such as transmit power, antennas and frequency among multiple cells. As one of the techniques in this system, we proposed the QoS-guaranteed multi-cell coordinated transmit power control, which limits communication of some users and guarantees completely QoS for the remaining users. In this paper, we propose a QoS-guaranteed multi-cell coordinated transmit power control considering adjacent base stations cooperative transmission in order to increase not only cell capacity but also cell edge capacity and clarify its application effects.
