After thorough evaluation of the previous study conducted in 2006, Shirakawa, et al. took their study to the next stage [1]. In the software development exercise, each team is comprised of a project manager (PM) and his team members. As the PM and the team members have their individual style to perform their own role, Shirakawa, et al. considered that the combination of the PM and team members might be the key factor that may influence team formation. This paper examines and proposes the most efficient team formation method. |
