In recent years, saliva biomarkers have been used as an evaluation method of stress. However, the relationship with the prolonged stress is not yet examined enough .In this study, we used saliva biomarker to examine the relationship. The subjects was 16 nursing or caregiving staffs (heavy stress group) and 22 clerks (light stress group). The subjects carried out saliva collection as a physiologing evaluation, POMS and STAI and PSS as a psychologing evaluation. As a result, a certain material X and Y were significantly different between job. These materials may be related to prolonged stress. |
