A Flow Control Method of Monitoring Traffic in NEMO Environment
Takafumi Maruyama, Naoki Nakamura, Takuo Suganuma, Norio Shiratori (Tohoku Univ.) IN2009-60
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In an environment where NEMO protocol is used, Mobile Nodes and Mobile Routers moves between networks. So network environment changes frequently. For network management in this environment, it is imperative
to collect time-oriented information data exactly. But monitoring traffic needed for collecting the information data increases excessively and can interfere with other traffic. In this paper, we propose a method to keep the monitoring traffic to a constant level by buffering the information data of each mobile nodes in mobile router. We aim to reduce the interference with other traffic by using the proposed method.
