Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this report, we propose a new software engineering education
method ``On the job Learning (OJL)'' which is a project based
practical education based on collaboration between academia and
industry with real software development projects. We also discuss
the effectiveness of our proposed education method with our
two-year practice.
