Three-Level Phase Shift PWM Soft-Switching DC-DC High Power Converter with High-Frequency Isolated Link and Its Practical Evaluations

(in English) This paper presents some experimental evaluations of the high-frequency isolated link three-level half bridge soft switching DC-DC high-power converter with Phase-Shift PWM control scheme, which is configurated on the basis of the high-frequency linked half bridge soft switching PWM DC-DC converter with active edge resonant cells. The operating principle of this converter is described by switching mode equivalent circuits and its experimental performances including power regulation vs. phase-shifted angle characteristics and power conversion efficiency characteristics are illustrated from a practical point of view, along with the comparative improved advantageous performances.
