(in English) We fabricated a novel high voltage address driver (Hi-AD) IC, which is necessary for low loss and low cost single sustain PDPs. By adopting an IGBT for the Hi-AD IC, the cost of driver circuits can be reduced by 19%compared with a conventional dual sustain system.
