| (in English) | In this paper, we propose a design method for optimal directivity pattern of a microphone array.In many situations, the beamforming using the microphone array is considered for the narrow band signal model. Therefore, a problem of designing the directivity pattern is described as the complex optimization problem, which is one of the nonlinear programming problems and is difficult to assure the optimality of solution obtained. Furthermore, in a lot of applications, it is often desired to incorporate several kinds of constraints, including the allocation of some nulls and the specification of gain in some interval of directions.In this study, we formulate such the problem including the constraints as a semi-infinite programming problem and solve by using the three phase method. Several design examples are shown to present the effectiveness of the proposed method. | |
